About China Terrell, Esq.
China Terrell is a corporate lawyer and commercial real estate developer with a 20-year track record of achievement. This includes over eight years of award-winning CEO leadership. She brings passion and meticulous diligence to building businesses, building community and building up people.
Attorney Terrell is licensed to practice in both Maryland and the District of Columbia. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School and clerked for Justice Alan Page on the Minnesota Supreme Court.
She holds a Masters in Public Administration from the Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from The Johns Hopkins University.
Attorney Terrell has practiced business litigation at Robins Kaplan and served as in-house counsel for Cargill, Incorporated. She most recently served as CEO of American Communities Trust, Inc. In that role, she garnered accolades, including recognition as a GameChanger (Baltimore Magazine, 2020) and one of Maryland's Women to Watch (Baltimore Sun, 2020).
